With hot-water extraction most carpets are walk-on dry within 2–4 hours and fully dry the same day. We'll tell you on the day if anything needs longer.
How long does a carpet clean take?
A standard lounge takes roughly 45–60 minutes. Larger homes or multiple rooms take a few hours. We book realistic arrival windows so we're never rushing.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes — we use non-toxic, family-safe and pet-safe cleaning solutions. Rooms are safe to use again quickly once dry.
Can you remove stains and pet accidents?
Most everyday stains and pet accidents can be treated or greatly improved. We assess the stain first and will be honest if something is permanent.
Do you clean sofas and upholstery?
Absolutely. We clean 2-seater, 3-seater and L-shape sofas, armchairs and dining chairs. A material test is done first for the safest, best result.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We work around larger furniture and can move lighter items like side tables and chairs. If a room needs fully clearing, let us know when you book.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
A quick vacuum helps, but it's not essential. We pre-vacuum and treat spots as part of the clean.
